An undocumented immigrant under the influence of alcohol left the bar without being stopped by the bar owner who knew he had been drinking heavily. The drunk man preceded to get into his car and drive. As a result, several persons were seriously injured including a young child. The drunk driver at fault fled the scene, but was later found by a park ranger. Injuries suffered by the victims in the car accident included internal traumas to spleen and stomach, as well as herniated discs. Treatment for the injured parties included extensive care for back pain with internal medicine doctor, chiropractor, and orthopedic surgeon.
