Our client, father of two children, was a driving when hit by a careless driver who without warning turned left in front of him in an intersection, and against a red light. Our Client’s car was pushed twenty feet into another car. The car wreck impact caused broken leg, fracture of femur and tibia requiring surgery with rods installed.
